CHARITY AMBASSADOR, DUNDRUM (1 MONTH)
BACKGROUND
Local charity, Making Connections is recruiting charity ambassadors
for a month long campaign in partnership with Dundrum Town Centre.
Making Connections works to alleviate isolation and loneliness in our
community. Ambassadors will inspire others with our campaign message,
‘AGEING IS INEVITABLE – LONELINESS DOESN’T HAVE TO BE.’
KEY DETAILS
* DATES: Thursday 9th November – Sunday *th
December (4 weeks)
* HOURS: Minimum * hours over multiple days|
Maximum * hours
* DAYS: Flexibility to work evenings / weekends preferred but not
essential
* LOCATION: Dundrum Town Centre, Dundrum
* RATE: € *. * p/hour
ROLE DESCRIPTION
* Meet and greet customers, provide information, respond to queries
and ensure an enjoyable customer experience
* Maximise every interaction to motivate and inspire customers with
the key messages of the campaign
* Provide daily reports to management around customer needs,
campaign KPI’s and relevant observations.
* Ensure that accidents, incidents and any other occurrences are
dealt with immediately, recorded daily and reported to the Management
where necessary.
* Assist with emerging needs and promotional activities of the
campaign
* Uphold the brand’s image and values by maintaining a
professional appearance and demeanour at all times
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Fluent English (essential)
* You are passionate about the mission of Making Connections and the
objectives of the campaign
* You have a listening and caring attitude, showing empathy, respect
and sensitivity to customers
* You are a team player with a solution focussed attitude and an
ability to collaborate effectively with others
TRAINING:
* We will support you to be the best campaign ambassador possible by
providing you with the required training in advance of the start date.
